1. How do I login at www.apexsec.com.my / www.apexsecurities.com.my ?

For apexetrade clients, please use the same Login ID as the one you use to login to www.apexetrade.com. For NON-apexetrade clients, you will need to register for a new Login ID. Click here to register.

2. After registering for a new Login ID, how long do I have to wait before I can login ?

Your Login details will be e-mailed to you in 2 to 3 working days.

3. Will there be any charges for using these services ?

No, it is free of charge.

4. When will my electronic contract notes/statements be available for viewing from the web sites ?

Your electronic contract notes/statements will be available for viewing from the web sites not later than the end of the next market day.

5. What happens if I forget my password?

In the event that you forget your password, you will need to contact our Customer Service at (603) 8739 1118 to reset your password.

6. Why does my login session gets logoff automatically?

For security reason, our system will automatically logoff a session if the session was left unattended for more than 20 minutes.
